George Holmes was born the 8th May 1951 in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. UK. After extensive travel throughout the U.K, George arrived in Cardiff, Wales in 1987. During the Millennium celebrations, George moved to the Cardiff Bay area to take advantage of the wonderful panoramic and ever changing views. George has always had a long life love for oil painting, watercolors, sketching, wood carving, poetry, writing stories and writing and playing his own music. George has also become quite a character actor after starring in several local independent films and TV shows. George can often be seen sketching and painting throughout Cardiff City and Cardiff Bay areas and is extremely popular with locals and tourists alike.
