About: If you are down and out of it.. the only way to get through it is to talk about it with people. Let out your anguish and it will shed light on things. You got to make it clear to " YOU" that you want to change, that you want, "WANT" more in your life that you will put your foot down and say " I've had enough of this #censored# ". I'm going to do something to change my life for the better. And when you do make that decision. Do something about it, make a few phone calls or do something that you are supposed to do to acheive your dreams but was to depressed, lazy, busy to do so. Cause naturally we are humans, creature of habits. Whether it'd be hard or easy to break from the habit of " depression" that's up to you. And part of the habits is that we'd normally make up excuses for ourselves to justify our actions. A lot of people will say " but he is this or she is that"...you don't know that. You don't know what they're really thinking and normally we'd relate to the past to justify the way we feel to better support it.But the past is the "PAST".Dreams: Share my dreams with the love of my life. This is what i think...no one can feel your pain, only you can. We really don't know how long we'll live. So be grateful for life is precious, we need to be happy with our lives. Cause any day it could be over. Life is short, too short to feel sorry for yourself. You have friends, you have life, cuz only you can life yourself up - no one can. You only get one chance in life because you only live once. Focus on every day, one day at a time, and make it a happy one.
