I am nice and easy going person,i am easy to get along with,am hoping to meet new friends who are looking for a serious relationship and some old friends,i am open minded person who will like to go out sometimes and try new things.i can be spontaneous at times and i have a talent to put smile on the face of people i love and care about,i am a good listner and will accept you for who you are,i am not one to judge either,i always like nice dinner for two.M.T.D.Music: I love "the oldies" of the 60s and 70s and most kinds of church music; also some country--it's hard to top Johnny Cash! Some classical is fine, too, especially with piano.TV: I love watching lots of things on PBS--documentaries, Frontline, American Experience, Charlie Rose, etc. Also love St. Louis Cardinals baseball, 60 MinutesBooks: love to read--novels, essays, short stories, poetry, self-help, non-fiction, Bible, almost anything good including newspapers (NY Times, St. Louis Post-Dispatch) and magazines--gardening, home, The Sun, Sojourners. "The man who does not read good books has no advantage over the man who can't read them." - Mark TwainSports: like to watch the St. Louis Cardinals play (was a Phillies fanatic when a kid because I grew up near Philadelphia)...I am upset that Manager Tony La Russa chose to hire Mark McGwire as hitting coach and that McGwire chose to be deceptive about his usage of steroids and not REALLY come clean; played volleyball when younger; walk for exercise.Interests: gardening, reading, movies, theatre, travel, dining out, church, conversing with friends, MLB (love those Cardinals)Movies: My favorite actor is Jack Nicholson--he's great in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest!...also was entranced by Apocalypse Now and Rosemary's Baby...like movies that make me think as well as a good comedy now and then...like to discuss movies after viewing them...recently enjoyed The Social Network and Hereafter.BestFeatures: naturally curly hair, hazel eyes, sense of humor, intelligence, compassion, optimism, honesty.Dreams: One of them is to meet the love of my life, get married, and spend the rest of our lives here on this earth together. Another is to bring joy, meaning, encouragement--whatever is needed-- to every person that I have the privilege of meeting on any given day.
