Banks is my Fave author of all time...Tim Winton; Paul J. McAuley, Michael Marshall Smith, Alan Dean Foster, Rodney Hall, Ben Okri....and then there's the Ecopsychology / Buddhist / Ecospirituality section..."NatureSpeak"; The Book of Nature"; "Dharma Gaia"; "Mindful Politics"; "Awakening the Buddha Within"; "Last Child in the Woods"; "Learning Towards an Ecological Conciousness" which is the first bunch on that shelf of the bookcase....Sports: anything outdoors and adventurous - climbing, abseiling, kayaking, canoeing, bushwalking, kite flying....Interests: as above....which includes botany, biology, ecology, identifying the creatures with whom we share the planet...and trying to work out ways to lessen our impact upon them....Movies: Action; SF (HUGE fan!); Fantasy; love comics that are turned into film - like "V For Vendetta"...Dreams: mostly of an Ecotopian nature....
